Program Objectives

Enhance Coaching Skills

Provide instructional coaches with a comprehensive understanding of coaching models, strategies, and techniques to support teachers in their professional growth. Develop their ability to effectively observe, provide feedback, and facilitate reflective.

Deepen Content Knowledge

Strengthen instructional coaches' content knowledge across various subject areas and grade levels to better support teachers' curriculum development, instructional planning, and assessment practices. Foster a deep understanding of pedagogical approaches aligned with current educational standards.

Foster Collaborative Partnerships

Promote the development of collaborative relationships between instructional coaches and teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders. Equip coaches with communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences and build trust-based professional partnerships.

Data-Driven Decision-Making

Program Components
